Different people define Entrepreneurship differently. According to Peter Drucker, a management guru, entrepreneurship is neither a science nor an art. It is a practice. It has a knowledge base. knowledge in Entrepreneurship is a means to an end. The end is a practice. Entrepreneurship is a process of identifying opportunities in the marketplace, arranging the resources required to pursue these opportunities and investing the resources to exploit the opportunities for long-term gains. Entrepreneurship is also a force of ‘creative destruction’, that is, established ways of doing things are destroyed by the creation of new and better ways to get things done.
